Yoga

As the body moves and breathes, we return to our natural state, a place free from self-judgement and aligned with the spirit of creation. All ages and experience levels will reap the benefits of this offering. We invite and encourage everyone to explore this connective practice with us. 

 

Yoga and meditation are used closely with activities such as surfing to stay with the present moment, create awareness, release built-up stress and recharge the physical body. ​

·   2 x daily yoga classes in the beautiful yoga pavilion

·   Daily breath practices

·   Youth mentoring available during yoga classes

 

 

Allow yourself to slow down, let go, and have fun engaging in this ancient practice.

 

We recognise that every culture has used natural movement, balance, and dance throughout time. We encourage our retreat guests to engage in these activities outside of our formal offerings and provide various platforms for exploration within these areas.
